In the interest of the participant's safety, any ride or event may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. The Sand Dollar Motorcycle Club strives to announce, at least six (6) hours before the scheduled start-time, if there is a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. Except in cases of bona fide Force Majeure, cancellations shall be made by the Sand Dollar Motorcycle Club at its sole discretion. Notifications are typically disseminated through the website event calendar, but may vary based on who the designated ride lead is for the event. Be sure to check back here often, especially before leaving to go meet up for an event.
